This event offers you the opportunity to get up close to 11 of Samuel Palmer’s extraordinary works from his time visiting and living in Shoreham, Kent (1824 to c.1834).  Considered to be Palmer's most creative period, these artworks by the young artist were directly inspired by William Blake’s visions of paradise and by Blake's visits to the beautiful Darent Valley. Exploring the individual artworks and giving an overview of Palmer’s time in Shoreham.
